Chat Status is used to defined the final chat room status. The following is a list of known chat status:

  • Unknown Type
  • Undefined Type, normally chat not exist / available
  • Visitor initial Chat (full conversation)
  • The Visitor initiate the chat and has been successfully finished
  • Visitor initial Chat (Unfinish)
  • The Visitor initiate the chat but haven't been fully finished (might still have open conversation left)
  • Visitor initial Chat (Missed)
  • The Visitor initiate the chat but no one answer
  • Sales Initialized Chat (full conversation)
  • Sales initiated conversation and has been answered by visitor (in any form)
  • Sales Initialized Chat (rejected)
  • Sales initiated conversation and has been rejected by visitor (never start a conversation)
  • Sales Initialized Chat (missed)
  • Sales initiated conversation and never being answered / respond by a visitor
  • User-User Chat (missed)
  • User start a conversation to the other user but never got any respond.
  • User-User Chat (full conversation)
  • User start a conversation to the other user and they both talked in the chatroom.
