    Description:

    Live Support Chat

    Description:
    If your visitor requires further information or wish to talk to an operator, he/she can simply click on the "Live Chat" Icons, a chat room will automatically appears and they can start their conversation in the private chat room. In additions, Agent and Manager Request also available for customer complain, or for repeated customer who wish to get back to the agent he / she used to talk to. WP Live Support Chat also comes with "Shop with Your Visitor" feature, which will be described in detail below.

    Sales initiate Conversation

    Description:
    Whenever a visitor come to your website, your operator (sales) can start a Sales Initiate Conversation to the visitor. Your visitor will then see a text message on the screen in a very "gentle" manner. Your visitor may have a choice to ignore the conversation, to reject it, or to accept it and further discuss with the operator (note, the operator entered message will be display on the visitor screen through your website, it is wise to use some "non-machinery like" message, or else the visitor will think this is a system generated message and simply ignore it).

    Shop with Your Visitors

    Description:
    Our "Live Chat" also support "Shop with Your Visitors" feature, which is, when a visitor have started and ended a conversation with an operator, he / she will be automatically reconnect back to the same operator if they restart the conversation, or until the end of the visit, make your visitor conversation continuous, no need to re-tell the history all over again to a new operator and improve visitor shopping experience.
    For example, if Peter has come to your electronic website and ask some questions about a TV Model with Operator Jane through Live Chat, then he finish the conversation and close the chat room (note: in order to make "Shop with Your Visitors" work, Jane cannot close the chat room until visitor exit your website, for further information, please check out our FAQ Site). Next, he goes to see the DVD Players and wants to ask is it compatible with the TV or not, now he click on the chat support request again and type in the question, the message will be automatically delivered back to Jane (Instead of getting back to the general pool). Now, Jane answered Peter's questions, and Peter, once again, close the chat room. How, Jane find out there is currently having a promotion that a TV + DVD Player in a very good price, now what Jane needs to do is to type in the message back to the chat room, the message will deliver to Peter's screen through your website (even the chat room has already been closed).

    Whenever all operators are offlined (no user has pressed the "Operator Ready" or similar button), there will be an offline image and message display on your website. From this point of time, when visitor click on your Live Chat Request, instead of popup a Chat Room, it will now popup a message board.
